About the role

Smart Pool Company is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Pool Technician to join our team in Orlando. You will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and aesthetic quality of residential and commercial swimming pools across the region.

What you'll do

  • Perform routine water quality testing and chemical balancing.
  • Clean pool surfaces, including skimming debris and brushing walls.
  • Inspect and maintain filtration systems, pumps, and automated cleaning equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and repair minor plumbing or mechanical issues.
  • Document service visits and chemical usage via our digital reporting system.

What you'll bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Previous experience in pool maintenance or a similar field preferred.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
  • Basic knowledge of pool chemistry and hydraulic systems.
